James D. King was charged by county attorney's information with the crime of breaking and entering in violation of § 708.8, Code of Iowa. He pleaded not guilty and unsuccessfully sought to have certain evidence seized at the time of his arrest suppressed. A Scott County jury found him guilty of the crime charged. He appealed from the court's judgment sentencing him to imprisonment in the state penitentiary...
