Hall brought this action against defendant Paul Cornelius Minnix and Railway Express Agency, Incorporated ("REA") to recover for personal injuries received in a motor vehicle accident. The court entered judgment on a jury verdict for $17,000 in favor of Hall, and Minnix and REA appeal.
