The defendant was jointly indicted with one Louis E. Watkins for the crime of burglary and subsequently tried before a jury which found him guilty. He was granted probation on the 12th of June, 1970. Three days later he was arrested for attempted burglary. Shortly thereafter a petition for revocation of probation was filed. On July 16th, 1970, his probation was revoked and he was sentenced...
