Annie Briscoe Pye, a woman 87 years of age and a widow, died testate February 17, 1969. She had no living children, and it appears there are only four heirs at law and next of kin of said decedent; that three of them are sui juris and of lawful age, and the fourth heir at law and next of kin, a resident of California, is not sui juris but is represented by her mother and guardian who duly...
