ORDER

This is a petition for a writ of mandamus in which petitioner seeks to have the Superior Court furnish him with a transcript of the trial held in connection with Indictment No. 70-298. The trial justice, having heretofore ordered that petitioner be furnished with such a transcript, the instant petition is denied pro forma.
