This cause is before me on a Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus filed by Mason Edward Braswell. Petitioner urges that the trial court deprived him of his Sixth and Fourteenth Amendment right to call witnesses on his own behalf by disqualifying a witness for violating a sequestration order.
