QUILLIAN, Judge.
The plaintiff, appellee here, filed a claim against the defendant for damages which resulted when the plaintiff's automobile was struck from the rear by an automobile driven by the defendant. The jury returned a verdict for the plaintiff. The defendant appealed and the case is here for review. Held:
