Richard Allen Tanner, petitioner, appeals pro se from an order of the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri, Western Division, denying relief under Tanner's motion pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255 and dismissing his habeas corpus petition for want of jurisdiction. We affirm.
