On September 16, 1962, Jake Arnold, an employee of The Coast and Geodetic Survey fell from a Bilby Steel Tower while in the course of his employment. As a result of the fall, Arnold was permanently disabled and subsequently died as a result of these injuries. Thereafter, Patricia Arnold, wife of the decedent and executrix of his estate, brought both a wrongful death and a survival action against Branden-Aermotors Corporation...
