This is a diversity action between plaintiff LaRocca, a Pennsylvania citizen, and State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company (herein called State Farm), an Illinois corporation. During the relevant period State Farm insured LaRocca under an automobile liability insurance policy with maximum limits of $50,000 for one person and $100,000 for one accident.
