The Owl Electric Co., Inc. (hereafter Owl) instituted this proceeding in order to obtain a judicial declaration that a Workmen's Compensation Insurance Policy issued to it on December 31, 1966, was in full force and effect on August 5, 1967, when one of its employees sustained a fatal injury. The insurer, the United States Fidelity and Guaranty Co. (hereafter U.S.F. & G.) denied coverage...
