The plaintiffs in this action sought a judgment declaring that certain 1967 amendments (L. 1967, c. 217 and c. 218) to the Blighted Area Act, N.J.S.A. 40:55-21.1 et seq., and the Eminent Domain Act, N.J.S.A. 20:1-1 et seq. are unconstitutional.
