Plaintiff-appellant suffered negative judgments upon the two paragraphs of his complaint for personal injury damages. The first paragraph of Galbreath's complaint alleges that the defendant was negligent in detonating dynamite too close to a pressure gas main owned by Northern Indiana Public Service Company (NIPSCO), causing the gas line to rupture. Plaintiff, a NIPSCO employee, was repairing the ruptured main when the escaping gas ignited...
