By deeds dated September 30, 1947, May 1, 1951, July 3, 1956, April 16, 1960, January 12, 1962, and April 23, 1964, Herbert Doetsch, Sr., conveyed title to a number of lots from his parcel of land. One lot was sold to the plaintiffs Oscar C. Everts...
