RODGERS, Justice:

The appellant, Donald Arnold Howell, was indicted, tried and convicted in the Circuit Court of Harrison County, Mississippi, on a charge of the unlawful sale of narcotic drugs. He was sentenced to five years in the Mississippi State Penitentiary and fined one dollar. His license to practice pharmacy was revoked. He has appealed to this Court and now contends that he should have been granted a continuance and that, in any case, the testimony was contrary...
