For the calendar year 1964, respondent determined a deficiency in petitioner's income tax of $6,332.39 and additions to that tax under sections 6653(b) and 6654 of $3,166.20 and $12.48, respectively.1 Respondent has conceded the issue relating to the addition to tax under section 6653(b).
