This case is one where the plaintiff's complaint sought to recover for the unauthorized removal by the defendants of certain property owned by the plaintiff. The defendants denied the essential allegations of the complaint, and the jury found in favor of their counterclaim. The appeal is from the denial of plaintiff's motions for new trial and judgment notwithstanding the verdict.
