On December 30, 1965, appellant was charged by affidavit with the crime of robbery. Upon a plea of guilty, he was, on February 11, 1966, sentenced under Indiana's Minor Statute (Ind. Ann. Stat. § 9-1815 [1956 Repl.]) to the Indiana Reformatory for a period of not less than one (1) nor more than ten (10) years.
