There is only one question involved in this appeal. May the school board of a reorganized school district, which has two schools within it, direct the discontinuance of certain grades taught in one school and transfer the students of those grades to the other school?

Our answer is yes. Section 15-29-08(1), N.D.C.C., provides, in part:
