They appeal and assign error to the denial of their right to a trial by jury, to numerous findings of fact, and to the imposition of jail sentences by the trial court. They also assign as error the additional grounds that the temporary restraining order was invalid, inasmuch as they received no notice the order was being sought; the hearing for a preliminary injunction...
