On December 3, 1969, The Chesapeake and Potomac Telephone Company of Virginia filed with the State Corporation Commission new rate schedules rounding intrastate toll rates to the next higher instead of the nearer cent, changing the Company's installation and rearrangement charge and providing a charge for non-published or non-listed stations.
