Defendant was convicted of the crime of burglary after denial of a motion to suppress evidence upon the ground that defendant was coerced into opening his suitcase, which contained some of the stolen goods, by repeated representations of police officers that otherwise they "would obtain a search warrant," all in violation of defendant's rights under the Fourth Amendment of the Constitution of the United States.
