THORNTON, Judge.

Following an on-the-job injury on August 30, 1967, the claimant sought compensation pursuant to the Oregon Workmen's Compensation Act against his direct responsibility employer, Morrison-Knudsen Company.

The administrative determination awarded claimant temporary total disability to November 5, 1968, and permanent partial disability equal to 25 percent of the workman for unscheduled disability.
