The plaintiffs have brought this action against the defendant under the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 as amended, 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq., alleging that they were entitled to a specified minimum wage as provided under Section 6(a) (1) of that Act, 29 U.S.C. § 206(a) (1), and that they were not paid it in violation of the Act.
