This is a suit by a prime-contractor (Jones) for balances alleged to be due on a multimillion contract for the construction of the Greenbriar Shopping Center in suburban Atlanta. By way of counter-claim, the owner (Greenbriar) seeks general and special damages for alleged failures and breaches in the construction contract. Involved in this dispute are numerous "extras" claimed by Jones and numerous specific items of damage claimed...
