Defendant registered with his local draft board No. 37 December 21, 1965. After a series of II-S (student) classifications, on July 10, 1970 he was classified I-A on a vote of 3-0 by his local board. August 31, 1970 he was ordered to report for induction on September 21, 1970 at which time he reported but refused induction. He asserted that he was not satisfied with his previous medical examination, and on advice from the United States Attorney...
