Galyen, sues the Defendant, Voyager Inn, Inc., for a Twenty Thousand Dollar ($20,000.00) Real Estate Broker's Commission on an Exchange Contract dated February 8, 1969 and entered into between Voyager Inn and one John Gilmartin.
