Defendant, Anthony Michael Medina, was indicted in connection with the robbery of the Girard Trust Bank, Roosevelt Boulevard Office, 2809 Comly Road, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on July 25, 1969. In the indictment Medina was charged with conspiracy with one Raymond Brahm and Dorothy Mae Roberts to commit the crime, and with having actually committed the robbery with Mr. Brahm.
