This is an appeal by Amelia Enberg, hereinafter called plaintiff, from an order granting a motion to dismiss her complaint against the Anaconda Company, the employer of her deceased husband, its supervisor Martin K. Hannifan, and unknown subordinates of Mr. Hannifan.
