Plaintiffs brought an action to recover damages for injuries incurred in an accident involving the Cirillo car driven by decedent in which his wife, Betty Louise Cirillo, was a passenger; the car driven by Geraldine K. Pierce, a party defendant; and a station wagon driven by Garland R. Reneau, also named as a defendant.
