This is a petition by the plaintiff seeking an order that the defendants remove certain obstructions to the flow of a brook and that he be awarded damages. The defendant Hubbard filed an answer requesting that the plaintiff's petition be denied, that he be ordered to remove a fence allegedly on the defendant's land, and for other relief. The defendant Hutcheson also filed an answer asking that the plaintiff's petition be denied and for additional relief...
