Memorandum Findings of Fact and Opinion

SCOTT, Judge:

Respondent determined deficiencies in the income taxes of Frank X. Kilgannon and Susan Kilgannon for the calendar years 1965 and 1966 in the amounts of $1,001.30 and $794, respectively, and determined deficiencies in the income taxes of Owen L. Kilgannon and Wendy A. Kilgannon for the calendar years 1965 and 1966 in the amounts of $313.97 and $164.27, respectively.
