This patent infringement suit involves a variation of the familiar "backyard", above-ground swimming pool. Plaintiffs charge that similar pools manufactured and sold by defendant are an infringement of Claims 11, 12 and 15 of plaintiffs' United States Letters Patent No. 3,317,926 (hereinafter "'926").
