MEMORANDUM
MEREDITH, Chief Judge.
This matter is before the Court on petitioner's motion for a writ of habeas corpus under the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 2241. This motion will be treated as a motion to vacate sentence and judgment under 28 U.S.C. § 2255, which is the proper statute for the relief petitioner has requested. The petitioner is now serving a sentence of twenty years imprisonment
