Plaintiffs Armour and Company, Wilson and Co., Inc., and Geo. A. Hormel and Company brought this action against B. Dale Ball, the Director of the Michigan Department of Agriculture, and Ronald M. Leach, Acting Chief of the Food Inspection Division of the Michigan Department of Agriculture.
