In this habeas corpus proceeding, relator, a State prisoner, incarcerated at Fairview State Hospital in Waymart, Pennsylvania, attacks his conviction of first-degree murder. Relator's conviction arose from the murder of 78-year old Lena Alexandroff, whose death resulted from a beating inflicted during the course of a robbery in which the decedent, her 44-year old daughter...
