The Plaintiff, James D. Hodgson, Secretary of Labor, in his official capacity, brings this action to permanently enjoin Defendants, University Club Tower, Incorporated, Mansion House, Incorporated, and Kin-Ark Company, Incorporated from violating certain provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended, 29 U.S.C.A. § 201 et seq.
