Following conviction for a felony in 1967, defendant was subjected to an enhancement of penalty under the Habitual Criminal Act, ORS 168.085. He appeals, citing as error: (1) the failure of the trial court to allow defendant to collaterally attack his prior felony convictions, and (2) selective enforcement of the Habitual Criminal Act against men only, and not women, violated the defendant's right to equal protection and due process of law.
