Cutts, plaintiffs below, filed an action in the Circuit Court of Montgomery County against appellant here, North American Acceptance Corporation, a Corporation, claiming the sum of $1,822.79 to be due under a contract they had with appellant for the purchase of a house and lot in the City of Montgomery.
