Plaintiff filed this action against a general contractor and others alleged to have been jointly and concurrently negligent in allowing a steamroller to crush plaintiff's foot. At the time of his injury, plaintiff was employed as a laborer by the Schnabel Foundation Company, a subcontractor on the construction site.
