In this habeas corpus proceeding the trial court did not err, as complained in enumerated error 1, in sustaining appellee's motion to strike those portions of the petition which alleged that Negroes had been systematically excluded from the grand and traverse juries, since the appellant white man makes no showing as to how he was harmed or prejudiced by the exclusion of Negroes.
