This appeal from a judgment for defendants in these consolidated civil damage actions raises the single issue of whether or not the Civil Damage Act, Minn.St. 340.95, affords a remedy to persons who have been injured by the intoxication of a minor where such persons have themselves actively participated in furnishing intoxicating liquor to the minor without knowing that such person was a minor and without making
