This is an appeal by Wabash Life Insurance Company from a judgment of the Prairie County Circuit Court in favor of Elza Parchman on a health and accident insurance policy issued by Wabash to Parchman.

Under the policy issued to Mr. Parchman, Wabash agreed to pay him the sum of $300 per month during total disability occurring while the policy was in force. Total disability is defined in the policy as follows:
