THOMPSON, Justice.

In this personal injury action the jury favored the plaintiffs with its verdict in the sum of $35,000 against all defendants, Ponderosa Timber, Crystal Bay Development, California Liquid Gas and its employee Atwood. Judgment was duly entered.
