The appeal is from an order overruling defendant's plea of privilege to be sued in El Paso County. Plaintiff, proceeding in a southerly direction on U. S. Highway 59, a four-lane highway in San Jacinto County, was approaching a railroad underpass. A truck proceeding northerly was also approaching the underpass.
