This is an intersectional automobile accident case wherein the plaintiff, Peter Drago, as a guest passenger, sues his host driver, Samuel T. Recatto, Jr., as well as the liability insurer of the other automobile, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company (hereinafter sometimes referred to as State Farm).
