These consolidated actions arise out of the collision on April 16, 1964 of the S. T. Pentelikon and the S. S. Verdi in the Strait of Gibralter near Tarifa. Each vessel brought suit against the other, alleging the other to be solely at fault. The Verdi subsequently admitted fault on her part and the only issue presently before this court is the fault of the Pentelikon.1 The court finds that the Pentelikon was equally...
