COLEMAN, Justice.

This is a personal injury case. The trial court directed a verdict for the defendant at the conclusion of the plaintiff's case. The only point presented relates to whether the evidence raised an issue of fact as to negligence on the part of the defendant.

Only that evidence tending to raise an issue of fact concerning negligence will be recited or considered. White v. White, 141 Tex. 328, 172 S.W.2d 295 (1943).
