This action was based upon a written guaranty of payment of a portion of the rentals specified in the lease of a supermarket. The cause was tried to the court without a jury, and resulted in findings of fact, conclusions of law, and judgment denying plaintiff's right to recover on the guaranty agreement except for a period of 4 months.
