Three separate affidavits were filed in the Allen Circuit Court, each charging appellant with the crime of Second Degree Burglary; said affidavits read in pertinent part as follows:

"That on or about the 26 day of October A.D., 1965, at the County of Allen and in the State of Indiana John T. Alcorn did then and there unlawfully, feloniously and burglariously break and enter into the certain one and two...
